• Tool inputs: resume text and job descriptions you paste into our match checker. We do not share these with third parties.
• Contact information: email addresses submitted via lead forms.

How We Use Tool Inputs

When you paste your resume and a job description into our match checker, the text is sent to our AI models (Gemini and/or OpenAI) to generate a match score, keyword analysis, and rewrite suggestions. We do not use your inputs to train models, and we do not sell or share them with advertisers.

Data Retention

• Tool inputs and results: We retain a truncated copy of your inputs and the generated results for up to 90 days for caching, debugging, and abuse prevention. After 90 days, the data is automatically deleted.
• Email addresses: If you submit your email to unlock an enhanced report or subscribe to tips, we retain it until you request deletion.

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@resumematchlab.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 14 business days.

Cookies and Tracking
